Mercury Technology Solutions (“Mercury”, “we”) collects a short brief when you request a GEO Audit or write to the desk. This notice is for desk.mtsoln.com only. The corporate site has its own policy at mtsoln.com/privacy.
What we collect
Name, work email, company or brand, optional site URL, role, the queries you want to own, a self-score if you used the sliders, language, and which page sent the brief. We also store a time stamp. We do not ask for payment data.
Why we collect it
To reply with the audit or a next-step conversation, to keep a record of inbound demand, and to email or webhook the Wan Chai desk. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering a request you sent.
How long we keep it
Briefs stay on the desk until the conversation ends or you ask us to delete them — typically no longer than 24 months if there is no engagement.
Who sees it
Mercury staff on the desk. If a notify webhook or transactional email is configured, the same brief is sent to that channel. We do not sell leads.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your brief. Write to [email protected]. For Hong Kong PDPO questions, the same address is the contact point.
